Brianna Bunce Douglas joined The Byerly Foundation as the Associate Executive Director in March 2022 and was named Executive Director in October 2022. She has more than a decade of executive leadership experience in the Hartsville community. Prior to joining The Byerly Foundation, Brianna served as a board member for the Foundation from 2012 to 2018, chairing the board in 2017 and 2018. Most recently she was a member of the executive leadership team at Coker University and a consultant for Myers McRae Executive Search and Consulting firm.

Brianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Coker University, a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from University of North Florida, and is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Education at Colorado State University. She and her husband, Bruce, live in Hartsville with their two children, McKendrie and Lila.
